Where is Brightpack?

Our brand new showroom is situated in 2 Magda Road, Prime Park, Unit 8, Highveld Techno Park, Centurion. Come and enjoy a coffee with us and take a look at our growing product range. Located in Cape Town? Visit our store at The Reserve 2 Business Park, Unit 12, 2 Capricorn Way, Brackenfell, Cape Town.

What are your business hours? 

Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 16:30
Saturday: 8:00 - 13:00

 

How do I place an order?

Online Orders: Add your chosen items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select your payment method.

Ordering via WhatsApp or Email: Send us a list of items, along with your name, delivery address, email, and contact number. We’ll reply with a quote, bank details, and a payment link.

Product/Order Questions

Do you have MOQs (Minimum Order Quantity)? 

Absolutely not! At Brightpack, we’re all about helping businesses of any size grow, which is why you can order exactly the quantity you need. While many companies enforce MOQs, we believe in flexibility—no minimums here!

 

Do I need to open an account on your website to place an order?

Nope! You can place an order right away without creating an account. Just provide your name and email or phone number at checkout, and you’re all set!

 

How do I place an order?

Online Orders: Add your chosen items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select your payment method.

Ordering via WhatsApp or Email: Send us a list of items, along with your name, delivery address, email, and contact number. We’ll reply with a quote, bank details, and a payment link.

Payment Questions

Do you offer credit facilities?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer credit facilities—payment is required upfront for all orders before delivery.

 

Can I pay via EFT?

You can use our Investec account details from the quote for payment. Regular payments may take 1 business day to process, while immediate payments are processed in minutes. Once we receive your payment, we’ll get started on your order!

 

What are your payment methods?

We use PayGate, a secure payment gateway, to process all transactions. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or instant EFT. Prefer Direct Bank Deposit? Bank details will be provided at checkout. For EFT payments, please email your Proof of Payment to hello@brightpack.co.za and include your order number as the reference.

Do you offer special discounts on bulk purchases?
We don’t offer bulk discounts, as we keep our margins low to provide you with the most competitive pricing in the industry.

Shipping Questions

What are your shipping terms?

  • Enjoy free shipping across the country on orders over 750.00 ZAR.
  • Shipping costs? They vary by the size of your order and where it’s headed.
  • Expect your delivery in 24 to 72 hours, depending on your destination.

What is your order lead yime?

Our typical lead time is 2-3 days, but this can vary based on the day’s order volume or the size of your request. For a better chance at same-day delivery, place your order before noon if you’re in Centurion. If you need your items right away, swing by our walk-in shop—click here (Centurion) or here (Cape Town) to navigate—and we’ll process and pack your order on the spot!
 

Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely! Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and you will be notified when your order is packed and ready to collect.

 

How do I track my order? 

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number with a handy link. Didn’t see the email? Check your junk folder. If your order is delayed, contact the courier directly using your tracking details. Still need help? Feel free to reach out to us at hello@brightpack.co.za, and we’ll assist as best we can.
 

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the actual and volumetric weight of your order, as well as your location. Local: R99.00 – R184.00 (under 25 kg), Main Centres: R110.00 – R220.00 (under 25 kg), Regional: R137.00 – R221.00 (under 25 kg, plus possible surcharge). We offer FREE shipping to orders nationwide that exceeds R750 (and not exceeding 25 kg).
