Basic Soap Recipe

“You don’t have to be sustainable with everything, but be sustainable with something”

To make a basic soap recipe with Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and Palm Oil, you will need the following ingredients and equipment:

 Ingredients:

 334g Olive Oil

330g Coconut Oil

330g Palm Oil

145g Sodium Hydroxide (lye): Required to saponify the oils and turn them into soap.

295g Distilled Water: Used to dissolve the lye

30g Fragrance Oil. We used Cocoa Cabana from Brightpack

Steps on how to make use of the Pneumatic Filling Machine:

• Connect necessary components 
• Connect your pipe from the machine and place the other end in the bucket of liquid (product that needs to be pumped)
• The machine can be set to manual or automatic (see step 3)
• When the Manuel setting is on - press the grey pedal for pumping process to start
• When automatic setting is on - the machine will run by itself and pump liquid consistantly
• Each pump can be set according to the speed and the amount of liquid you require (see step 7)

The connector shown in the video, does not come with the machine - and should thus be purchased separately, this connects the compressor to the machine.
